Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PPDriver (“PPDriver”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use ppdriver.com, our apps and our text-message program. PPDriver is a service operated by MAX Express INC, 250 McHenry Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information created when you use the service:
- Account details — your name, work e-mail, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Company details — company name, USDOT / MC numbers, address, hiring criteria and team members you invite.
- Billing — subscription plan, wallet top-ups and lead purchases. Card details are processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers.
- Activity — leads you open or buy, statuses you report, refund requests, replies to driver reviews and messages with our team.
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, sign-in times and pages visited, used to keep accounts secure.
2. How we use it
- To create and run your company account, subscription and prepaid wallet.
- To deliver driver leads that match your hiring criteria and send you lead alerts.
- To verify that you represent the carrier (USDOT / FMCSA checks) and to prevent fraud and misuse of driver data.
- To process payments, refunds for bad numbers and support requests.
- To comply with law and improve the service.
4. Text messages
If you opt in, we send text messages as described in our SMS Terms. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of employment or of using the service.
5. Phone calls and recordings
Calls connected through 4CDL/PPDriver are recorded and transcribed for quality, dispute resolution and job matching. Each call starts with a short notice that it is recorded. Trucking companies call drivers through our phone line, so a driver's number stays private until the company has spoken with the driver. We use automated tools, including AI, to transcribe and summarize calls; recordings and transcripts are kept for up to 12 months and are available only to the company on the call and to our staff.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above. After you delete your account we remove or anonymize your profile within 30 days, except records we must keep by law or for legitimate business needs — for example opt-out and consent records, billing records and records of introductions — which we keep for up to 5 years. Backups roll off within 90 days.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access and export your data — in your company Settings, or by e-mail.
- Correct your information in your profile at any time.
- Delete your account — in Settings, or by e-mail to support@ppdriver.com.
- Turn alerts on or off in Settings → Notifications.
We answer requests within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.
8. Notice for California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion and correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The categories we collect are listed above (identifiers, professional or employment-related information, commercial information, internet activity). To make a request, e-mail support@ppdriver.com or use the in-app tools. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and one-time codes, access controls, two-factor authentication for staff and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in codes and passwords private and tell us at support@ppdriver.com if you suspect misuse.
10. Children
The service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if we learn we have, we delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by e-mail. See also our Terms of Service.
