SMS Terms

These terms apply to the PPDriver Alerts text-message program. PPDriver is a service operated by MAX Express INC, 250 McHenry Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089.
1. Program
PPDriver Alerts — text messages from PPDriver to carrier account users: one-time account and DOT verification codes and alerts about new driver leads.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number in your account and requesting a code or turning on SMS alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
4. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
5. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you'll get one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no more messages after that. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@ppdriver.com.
6. Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
