Terms of Service
Effective date: October 17, 2026
These Terms govern your company's use of PPDriver (Pay-Per-Driver) at ppdriver.com. By creating an account or buying leads you agree to them on behalf of your company and confirm you are authorized to do so. See also our Privacy Policy. PPDriver is a service operated by MAX Express INC, 250 McHenry Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089.
1. The service
PPDriver delivers leads of CDL drivers who applied and agreed to be contacted about jobs, matched to the hiring criteria you set. Leads are sold one by one from your prepaid wallet. We verify your company (USDOT / FMCSA) before you can buy leads.
2. Subscription
Access requires an active monthly subscription for the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel in Settings → Billing, effective at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.
3. Prepaid wallet
Leads are paid from a prepaid wallet you top up by card. Wallet funds are not a bank deposit, do not earn interest and can be used only for leads and services on PPDriver. On account closure we refund any unused balance, less amounts owed, within 30 days of a written request.
4. Buying leads
Each lead's price depends on its tier and is shown before you buy. A purchase is final when you unlock the lead, except under the replacement policy below. Some leads are exclusive to one company; others may be sold to a limited number of companies, as shown on the lead.
5. Use of driver data
- Use driver contact details only to recruit that driver for a job with your company.
- No resale, sharing, renting or transferring of driver contacts or profiles to anyone outside your company, including other carriers, brokers or lead sellers.
- Don't add drivers to marketing lists or contact them about anything other than the job.
- Keep driver data secure and delete it when you no longer need it for recruiting.
6. Status reporting duty
For every lead you buy you agree to report its status in PPDriver (contacted, interview, hired, not hired, no answer) — the first update within 72 hours of purchase, then at least every 7 days until the lead is closed. Accurate statuses keep matching and driver ratings fair. Overdue statuses may pause buying on your account, and leads left without updates may expire and return to the pool.
7. Replacement policy
If a lead's phone number is wrong or disconnected, report it as a bad number within 7 days of purchase. We check it; if confirmed, we credit its full price back to your wallet. Not answering, declining your offer, or failing your hiring checks is not a bad number.
8. Your TCPA and messaging duties
When you call or text drivers you are responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, state telemarketing laws and carrier rules — including honoring opt-out requests right away, calling only at reasonable hours and not using automated dialing or prerecorded messages without the consent the law requires. You will defend and indemnify PPDriver and its operator against claims arising from your contacts with drivers.
9. Calls through PPDriver
You call drivers through the PPDriver phone line: we call you first, then connect the driver from our number. A driver's phone number is shown to you only after a connected call and the result you report. Calls connected through 4CDL/PPDriver are recorded and transcribed for quality, dispute resolution and job matching, and an automated summary is added to the lead. You are responsible for telling anyone else on your side of the call that it is recorded. A connected call is evidence that a number works for refund decisions. Don't try to obtain a driver's number outside the service before it is unlocked.
10. Driver reviews
Drivers may rate your company and post reviews. We moderate them, and you may reply publicly. Don't offer incentives for reviews or retaliate against drivers for honest feedback.
11. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend buying or close an account for misuse of driver data, unpaid amounts, fraud, false company information or breach of these Terms. Your duties about driver data, TCPA compliance and indemnity survive termination.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PPDriver and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, wages or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook or Lake County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms or prices. We'll give at least 14 days' notice of material changes by e-mail or in the app; new lead prices apply only to leads bought after the change.
